Filip Debelva
Filip is a PhD fellow at the Institute for Tax Law at KU Leuven (Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium). He is currently finalising a PhD thesis titled “International double taxation and the right to property.” Previously he was appointed as a research assistant at the KU Leuven and he simultaneously worked as a tax lawyer at the Brussels Bar, specialized in cross-border taxation.

Joris Luts
Joris is a PhD fellow at the Institute for Tax Law at KU Leuven (Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium). He is currently writing a PhD thesis on ‘Aggressive Tax Planning and EU State Aid Law’. He previously worked at a large tax advisory firm, focussing on issues of international and European tax law, as well as State aid.
